This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.161 of 2015 on the file of the Arilova Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 420 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the A.P.Land Grabbing Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. When the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation. Hence, the criminal petition is accordingly dismissed for default/non-prosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
