Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The main grievance of the petitioners is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not granting succession of tenancy rights in their favour under the provisions of A.P. (T.A.) Tenancy Act in respect of land admeasuring Acs. 15.23 gts in Survey No. 182 of Kakloor Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy Reddy District. Without going into the merits or demerits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Joint Collector to conduct enquiry and verify as to whether who is the proper person-1egal representative in respect of Survey No.182 of Kakloor Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
The Joint Collector is directed to complete the enquiry duly putting the petitioners as well as all the interested parties including any person in possession of the subject land, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There sha1l be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
