This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 05.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.1645 of 2016 in O.S.No.314 of 2013 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.314 of 2013 on 20.03.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
