Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent developments leading to termination of the petitioner, the cause in the Writ Petitions does not survive. He also submits that challenging the subsequent order of termination, W.P.No.1462 of 2020 is filed and the same is pending consideration of this Court.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
