HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31573 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have made an application dated 01.12.2015 for mutation of their names in the Revenue records in respect of their lands acquired through registered sale deeds before the 2nd respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted pattadar pass books and title deeds but their names were not mutated in the revenue records.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time for getting instructions.

In this case, it is to be seen that since the application in respect of the grievance of the petitioners is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioners on 01.12.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-09-2016 dv
