THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3139 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.797 of 2015 in I.A.No.625 of 2015 in O.S.No.252 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court decreed the suit. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court pronounced the judgment in O.S.No.252 of 2012 on 26.12.2017. In view of the disposal of main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
