THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.29369 of 2010 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1337 of 2009 dated 04.10.2018, therefore, contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order.
In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 04.10.2018 in W.P.No.1337 of 2009, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the 3rd respondent shall place the same before the Board of Directors for its decision as to the extension of regular pay scale to the petitioner as indicated in the appointment order and other allowances to which the petitioner is entitled as per the Rules, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter, and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.
