This writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not registering her complaint dated 07.07.2019 as crime number against respondents 5 to 11.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

On instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, respondent No.4-Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station has registered Crime No.627 of 2019 on 19.09.2019 and took up investigation. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
