Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A4 and the Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 2.
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner-A.4 to grant bail in crime no.8 of 2018 of Humayun Nagar police station, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 307 read with 34 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in no way concerned with the allegations made in the First Information Report, etc. He has nothing to do with the acts alleged. Merely because he is the son of A2, he is implicated in this case.

As per the record placed before this Court, there is a specific allegation against this petitioner-A4 that he, along with the other accused in this case, reached the scene of offence by car and supplied knives to the other accused (hired killers). The car of the petitioner-Accused No.4 was also found in the scene of offence. There are other allegations against the petitioner with regard to the commission of the offence.

In view of the grave and specific allegations against this petitioner-A4, he is not entitled for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous
Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
