THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20551 OF 2019 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made application to respondents 2 and 3 as the petitioner has life threat from the unofficial respondents; and that though crime is registered in FIR No.223 of 2019, till date no action has been taken by the respondents police against the unofficial respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that still unofficial respondents are threatening the petitioner; and that there is life threat to the petitioner, as such he made complaint to respondents 2 and 3. It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that petitioner was issued notice to produce necessary evidence for investigation of the crime.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to look in to the complaints of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law. However, the petitioner should cooperate with the investigation and provide necessary information to the police for effective investigation of the crime. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
