Heard Mr.Srinivasa Rao for petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Mr.Anantha Krishna for respondents 5 to 7.
Learned counsel appearing for petitioners and respondents 5 to 7 though have addressed the Court on the merits of the claim, this Court having regard to the grievance of petitioners that the representation filed by petitioners is not considered by respondents 1 to 4, considers it sufficient to direct respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation/ notice of petitioners dated 22.01.2009 in accordance with law, if necessary afford opportunity to contesting parties as well and pass orders as are warranted. Hence the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
Petitioners are given liberty to re-present the representation/ notice by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from today. Respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation in accordance with law, hear the rival parties and take decision expeditiously in three months thereafter. No order as to costs.
