Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in un numbered crime to be registered on the basis of the report given by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent dated 24-05-2015 to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District.
