HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1363 of 2015 ORDER :

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions for disposal of I.A.No.276 of 2013 in O.P.No.28 of 2013, pending before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The main O.P. is filed for dissolution of marriage and for grant of decree of divorce. During the course of proceedings. I.A.No.276 of 2013 is filed for grant of interim maintenance. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the said I.A. was filed as early as in 2013, the same is not disposed of so far.

As I.A.No.276 of 2013 is filed for grant of interim maintenance, the said application ought to have been disposed of expeditiously. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this revision petition, directing the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.276 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing both parties.

Subject to the above observations, this revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
