HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32429 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that her father who adopted her has expired on 26.09.2014, while working as General Purpose Employee (Sewerage) in Gowliguda Section, O & M Division IV, HMWS & SB, Hyderabad. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted representation dated 04.05.2016 to the 3rd respondent requesting to release pensionary benefits and also to provide compassionate appointment. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2016 is stated to be pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
