T Balaramulu v. V Purnachander Rao
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD C.M.A.No.910 of 2019 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the order dt.25-02-2019 in I.A.No.169 of 2019 in O.S.No.31 of 2019 of the V Additional District Judge, Bhongir.
3. The respondent/plaintiff filed O.S.No.31 of 2019 along with I.A.No.169 of 2019 against the petitioners/defendant Nos.1 to 8 and sought for temporary injunction on the ground that he is the owner and he has been in possession of the suit schedule property.
4. The trial Court has granted interim injunction on 25-02-2019 and the same has been extended from time to time. The petitioners/defendants filed their counter affidavit on 22-07-2019 and then the matter is adjourned.
5. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff that the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 18-10-2019.
6. In view of the fact that the ad-interim injunction orders granted are being extended from time to time without disposing of the application, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the appeal directing the trial Court to decide I.A.No.169 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30-12-2019 since the pleadings are already
TA,J C.M.A.No.910 of 2019 completed. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall cooperate with the matter for disposal of the application. No costs.
7. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
