THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24788 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order in Case No.CS6/57/2015 dated 06.06.2015 passed by the second respondent ordering confiscation of 25% of the seized stock. Pursuant to the said order, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner has remitted the penalty amount of Rs.2,700/- in the concerned head of account on 12.06.2015, and at present there is no case pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is working as dealer of Shop No.4 of Amangal Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. In view of the above, no further orders are required and this Writ Petition is closed recording the above statement of the learned Government Pleader. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
