Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff would submit that the subject matter of this revision petition has become infructuous.

The case status placed by the Registry before this Court would reveal that the subject Suit in O.S.No.17 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, was disposed of on 20.02.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
