Smt. S.Sulochana, v. The Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30397 OF 2017 O R D E R:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not been paying the lease amount in terms of the registered lease deed dated 27.11.2002 in respect of her land in an extent of Acs.2.20 guntas in R.S. Nos. 176, 177, 186, 187, 188 and 189 of Vattimarthi Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District, in spite of several requests and representations made by her. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Dominic Fernandez, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the relationship between the petitioner and the respondents is governed by the terms contained in the lease deed and what the petitioner claims by way of this Writ Petition is much more than what has been agreed to. The learned Standing counsel further raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of the Writ Petition.
Having considered the respective submissions, in the facts of the present case, since the petitioner is stated to have submitted the representation dated 18.08.2017, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
