This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.10.2015 passed in O.S.No.654 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 13.06.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
