THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.859 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has since been given posting by the respondent vide proceedings vide proceedings No.D12/SA/2014 dt.31-05-2017.

Having regard to the said submission and also the fact that the petitioner was taken into duty pursuant to the said order, I do not wish to proceed with the Contempt Case any further. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
