Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition as the lease period for collecting the fee on cattle in cattle market of Kondamallepally village of Devarakonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, for the three years from 2012-13 and 2014-15, which was granted to the 7th respondent, questioned in this writ petition, has expired.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
