Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make an application in Form 6A under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to the Tahsildar concerned, for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed.

Granting liberty as sought the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
