Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, as it has become infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Judge, Additional Family Court at City Civil Court, Hyderabad, by way of a fresh application for modification of interim custody orders granted earlier.

Granting the liberty as sought for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
