This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.936 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Hayathnagar, registered against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 427, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Sri. T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State is present. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and respondent No.2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a copy of e-courts pertaining to this case to show that this case has been disposed as compromised. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition has already been

defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
