This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the crime against respondent No.6 to 11, basing on the report of the petitioner dt.17.08.2019, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential directions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has rightly pointed out that the petitioner made complaint to the Station House Officer, Medpalli Police Station on 17.08.2019, but acknowledgment filed is of Police Station, Saroornagar, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. He also states that the respondent Police have not received any complaint. A perusal of the acknowledgment filed by the petitioner also goes to show that it is addressed to Police Station, Saroornagar, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is thoroughly misconceived and same is accordingly, dismissed.
