This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or otherwise declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation dated 14.02.2013 as bad, illegal and consequently declare the same as opposed to Articles of the Constitution of India."
2. Heard Sri M.Papa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education.

According to the petitioner, he appeared for S.S.C examination as a private candidate from Prasad High School, Asifnagar, Hyderabad and passed the said examination in compartmental division, and subsequently, after completion of the said examination, petitioner was issued Certificate bearing No.AA 506953 dated 06.07.2002 bearing Roll No.0039135 by the Board of Secondary Education. In the said certificate, the date of birth of the petitioner was mentioned as 04.06.1986 instead of 14.06.1986. It is further stated that the head-master of the above said school vide letter dated 27.11.2007 requested the Secretary and the Commissioner of Government Examinations, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabd for correction of the same. Subsequently, petitioner herein filed O.S.No.
2662/2010, on the file of the Court of III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The learned Judge decreed the suit on 27.07.2011 declaring the date of birth of the petitioner as 14.06.1986. Subsequently, enclosing a copy of the said decree, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 14.02.2013 to the Director of School Education/second respondent herein. According to the petitioner, no action has been taken on the said representation so far.

Keeping in view the nature of controversy and the long pendency of the said representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the Director of School Education/second respondent herein, to take appropriate action on the representation dated 14.02.2013 submitted by the petitioner herein by fixing some time frame.
5. For the aforesaid reasons, writ petition is disposed of, directing the Director of School Education/second respondent herein, to consider and take appropriate action on the representation dated 14.02.2013 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
