Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 03.03.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A.

the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.156/G2/2014, dated 28.02.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, in so far the applicant is concerned, are suspended with a direction to continue the applicant as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 03.03.2014, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
