After arguing for some time, the counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw not only the Revision but also I.A.No.313 of 2014 filed by petitioners with liberty to take appropriate steps to raise additional/alternative pleas on behalf of petitioners.

Granting permission as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
