2017-08-24A.Rajasheker Reddy2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.28611 OF 2017

O R D E R

The petitioner has been working as Deputy General Manager in the respondent - Bank. Alleging certain irregularities, he was placed under suspension by proceedings of the 4th respondent - Chief Executive Officer dated 27.1.2017. Vide proceedings in HRD/F.No.718/B.13/2017 dated 28.6.2017, the 4th respondent appointed the Inquiry Officer and he issued notice dated 07.7.2017, requiring the petitioner to attend the inquiry with relevant documents. Challenging the proceedings dated 28.6.2017, the present writ petition came to be filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner requested for supply of copy of the complaint filed against him, but the same has not been furnished. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the said 4th respondent to supply the copy of the complaint to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 4th respondent - Chief Executive Officer, to furnish the copy of the complaint to the petitioner, if not already furnished.

It goes without saying that inquiry against the petitioner will be proceeded after supplying relevant documents.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ---------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:24-08-2017
