HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 1728 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners in DRDA office at Ongole in accordance with model regulations under G.O.Ms.No.135, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (R.D.II) Department, dated 08.03.1991, read with G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.112, dated 23.07.1997, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition this Court directed the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners if they are continuing in service and working, vide orders dated 10.02.2003 in WPMP No.2234 of 2003.

If the services of the petitioners are not yet regularized, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the rules.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 5th November, 2018 cbs
