Heard Mr.B.Nalin Kumar for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 2 & 4. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate order or direction in the nature of a Writ declaring the action of the respondents in attempting to put up a gate and provide access to the 5th respondent Junior College and 6th respondent High School through 240 sq.yards of land in Sy.No.240, Ward No.4, situated at West Marredpally, Secunderabad in respect of which the petitioners made an application dated 20.02.2015 under G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department dated 30.12.
2014 for regularisation and transfer of rights as arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Article 14 and consequently restrain them from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the said extent of 240 sq.yards in the interest of justice and pass ...." The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 12.06.2018 and makes a statement that the respondents would examine the whole issue, take a decision and communicate the same to petitioners within four weeks from today. The statement is placed on record and accepted. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not considered the issue on merits. It is for the respondents to consider merits of law and fact and pass orders.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
