03.07.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to reduce the surety amount imposed in order dated 24.06.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.9006 of 2026.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to arrange the surety amount as he was in jail and was out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, she prayed the Court to reduce the surety amount.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the the petitioner in order dated 24.06.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.9006 of 2026, is hereby modified by reducing the personal bond amount to Rs.10,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
