THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.23680 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in proceeding with the construction of a Mortuary building within the residential area of Shanthinagar Colony, Kovvur Town, SPSR Nellore District in spite of the hectic objections from the local people as arbitrary and illegal. A perusal of the material available on record shows that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted as the Mortuary building is being constructed in the preexisting area of the concerned hospital. However, necessary standards as required for the purpose of construction of the Mortuary building shall be strictly adhered to so as to avoid any undue inconvenience to the surrounding area people.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
