HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.17920 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.05.2018, is pending with the second respondent herein and no order is passed yet. He would further submit that the petitioner's case is covered by the Order, dated 30.11.2017, in W.P.Nos.26845 of 2017 and batch passed by this Hon'ble Court in Smt Sujatha Cherukuru and others vs. the State of Telangana.

In the light of the above submissions, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation, dated 11.05.2018, made by the petitioner and pass an order on merits, before 21.05.2018, and intimate to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
