HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.60 of 2012 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner questions the impugned letter of respondent No.1 dated 15.10.2011 directing that the appeal be made before the competent Court and not to the Director General, Drugs Control Administration as the Director General is not the appellate authority.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
