This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of 5th respondent in harassing the petitioner by sending the male constables to the petitioner's house in the evening hours. Leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.7 of 2018 of Tukaramgate Police Station was registered against husband of the petitioner, who is A-2 and against her husband for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 506 IPC. When the petitioner was enquired about whereabouts of her husband, she did not give any information. The police are trying to apprehend the petitioner's husband in the said case. As of now, the petitioner's involvement is not established in the above crime. Hence, no action was taken against the petitioner till date.
