HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20623 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of 3rd respondent in disposing of petitioner's representation dt.09-08-2019.

It is pointed that prior thereto, on 05-12-2017 itself the petitioner had also complained to the respondents that the village road has been blocked by the neighbours which leads to petitioner's agricultural lands.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that for seeking survey, the petitioner needs to apply online in F.Line.

Be that as it may, when there is a complaint by petitioner about blockage of village road by the neighbours, it is the duty of the 3rd respondent to respond to the petitioner and inform whether the road is in fact a village road or not.

Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of petitioner's representations dt.05-12-2017 and 09-08-2019 within three (03) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. The 3rd respondent shall also pay costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
