Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. in view of the fact that the Presiding Officer, who rendered orders in I.A. No.363 of 2015 in O.S. No.51 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Hindupur who is now working elsewhere on transfer.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision, stand closed.
