The case of the petitioner is that he filed objections dated 31-07-2013 to the Tentative Seniority list issued by the 2nd respondent on 17-08-2011, as the same are not being considered the petitioner filed O.A.No.4003 of 2014 before the Tribunal. The Tribunal granted interim order on 02-07-2014 in the said O.A. directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the applicant dated 31-07-2013 as per rules. As no orders are passed on the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner filed W.P.No.15067 of 2017 before this Court. In pursuance to the same, impugned order is passed dated 08-06-2017 rejecting the case of the petitioner. Against the same, the petitioner filed appeal on 22-06-2017 before the 1st respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 08-06-2017 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
