VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21216 OF 2023 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the acJion of respondents in not considering Dharani application of the petitioner bearing No.2200078580, dated 02.10.2022, for effecting mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbook tn respect of land admeasuring Acs.2-10 guntas in Survey No.200/dv, situated at Sadhuvelly Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District.

It is submitted that originally one Sri Voruganti Ramulu S/o Narsaiah was the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land and he sold the subject land in favour of father of the petitioner namely Sri Balraj Nomula under registered sale deed bearing document No.2950 of 2007, dated 06.07.2007. During his life time, father of the petitioner executed a registered wilt deed dated 16.03.2009, bequeathing the subject land in favour of the petitioner. Father of the petitioner died on I 1.04.2009 and by virtue

The petitioner applied for mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land through Dharani Portal vide application bearing No.2200078580, dated 02.10.2022. As the application is not being enterlained with expeditibn, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition. 3.
Heard learned counsel fbr the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken . on the Dharani application of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition IS disposed of directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the Dharani application of the petitioner bearing No.2200078580, dated 02.10,2022, for effecting mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2-10 guntas in Survey No.200idr, situated at Sadhuvelly Village, Yadagirigutta
Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
