Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Public Service Commission appearing for the 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner alleges that he participated in the recruitment process for the post of School Assistant in Residential Educational Institutions Societies (General Recruitment).

According to petitioner, due to wrong bubbling of Hall Ticket number in O.M.R. Sheet, his answer sheet was not evaluated. Hence, this Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that the petitioner has not made any representation and seeks leave of the Court to make a representation to the 2nd respondent. 5.

Considering the earlier judgment of this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017, this Writ Petition is also disposed granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the 2nd respondent within one week from today. On receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent shall

consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks therefrom. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
