This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Roc. No. PO2 /217 /AEO (P&R) /TTD /TML /1991, dated 08-12-2015, issued by respondent Nos.1 and 2.

At the hearing Mr.TCD.Sekhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
