THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.28350 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri Mavidi Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 03.06.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition No.28350 of 2015 as the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali has considered the case of the petitioner and appointed him as a Fair Price Shop dealer to Dimiria village in Mandasa Mandal in Srikakulam District on compassionate grounds and given appointment to him on 24.05.2016. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
