THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.13875 OF 2016 ORDER:
This matter was listed for admission on 22-04-2016. But, Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel took notice for respondents and sought time for getting instructions. Today, when the matter is posted, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that no instructions have been received. In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the matter on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.
2. The petitioner states that he joined the respondent corporation on 21-04-1984 as Lower Division Clerk and after rendering 33 years of service, retired in the cadre of Junior Accounts Officer on 31-03-2010 in operation Circle, Ranga Reddy District. The benefits of Revised Pay Scales of 2010 were not extended to him on the ground that he was not on rolls as on 01-04-2010. He submitted representations on 25-092014 and 20-05-2015 to consider his case as per the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi in O.A.No.384 of 2001. He also relied on the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16613 of 2006, which was confirmed in W.A.No.552 of 2013, dated 08-08-2013. When no action was taken on the said representations, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the above facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 20-05-2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
