THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Second Appeal No.267 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellants had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he received instructions from the appellants to withdraw the second appeal. In the said letter, it is also requested to list the matter under the caption `For withdrawal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption `For Withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the said letter and the submissions now made, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
