O R D E R :
Vide the present writ petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to allot house-site patta and construction cost of houses in favour of respondent No.5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid prayer the petitioner made representation to the Special Collector, [Land Acquisition], Pulichintala Project, Unit-III, Guntur, Guntur district on 01/3/2015. On receiving the same, the Special Deputy Collector [Land Acquisition], [FAC], Dr.K.L.Rao Sagar [Pulichintala] Project, UnitIII, Gunhtur communicated to the Special Collector, [Land Acquisition], Guntur, of aforesaid subject whereby stated that a panchanama was conducted and recommended by the village people to issue Plot No. 76 in the name of Sri Gorre Srinivasa Rao son of Venkateswarlu, PCP No. 83/A of Vellampally hamlet of
Tadutla village of Machavaram Mandal, as his wife left him four years back due to family disputes and it is learnt that a case was filed and not finalised so far as per availability of connected papers. Sri Y. Srinivasa Rao, MLA Gurazala has requested and directed and recommended Plot No. 76 in PCP No. 83/A of Vellampally to be issued in the name of the petitioner. Further it is verified from office records, office copy of patta register, previously pattas issued by the SDC of the office, it is found that in Sl.No.59, PCP No. 83/A, a Plot No.76 was prepared in the name of Smt.Gorre Lakshmi Kumari/respondent No.5 herein and not issued to the concerned PDF due to dispute raised by PDF and his wife. Accordingly, submitted that it is a family dispute and not disposed of by the concerned Judicial Department so far. Accordingly requested for issue of necessary required orders for taking further action in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date no decision has been taken.
3. Notice issued. Sri A. Koteswar Rao, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 2 to 4. Kumari G.K.V.D. for respondent No.1 and assured this Court that the representation noted above made by the petitioner shall be disposed of within four
weeks.
4. Accordingly, the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are directed to dispose of the representation after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.5 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance within law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
