Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Since this Court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent.

The inaction of the respondents-authorities in not passing any orders in the representation dated 06.07.2017, made by the petitioner for seizing the borewell, which is being used unauthorizedly by the unofficial respondent, is the subject matter of challenge in the present Writ Petition.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents-authorities to consider the representation dated 06.07.2017, questioning the unauthorized usage of borewell by the fifth respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to the dealt with, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to deal with the representation dated 06.07.2017, made by the petitioner seeking the relief referred to above, after hearing the concerned, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 7.
