THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4460 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 02.07.2013 in I.A.No.260 of 2013 in O.S.No.215 of 2013 on the file of the IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the impugned order. The learned IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.216 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
