HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17944 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges order of suspension. The order is appeallable under Clause 63 of A.P. Excise Act, 1968, before the Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner of Excise.

2. The petitioner is given liberty to workout the effective remedy of appeal by filing the appeal within three days from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

3. The appeal, if filed along with an application for stay, the appellate authority considers disposing of the stay application or appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) days thereafter.

4. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
