HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.658 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.65 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 12.08.2015 before the Registry.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 11.09.2015.
